My entire 15-year Visa career has been spent on the North America Merchant Team. I currently lead the Retail/Ecommerce account team that manages the segment’s 65 biggest merchant and co-brand relationships including Costco, Home Depot, Best Buy, Walmart, Nike, Lowe’s, IKEA, and Etsy. For my first 14 Visa years I had responsibility for driving new and expanded acceptance in emerging verticals including Debt Repayment, Property Management, B2B, Charity, Religious Giving, Assisted Living, Government, and Education. Previous to Visa, I spent 17 years working for issuers including Chase and MBNA (since acquired by Bank of America) in marketing, relationship management and business development roles.
