NRF 2025: Retail’s Big Show will be held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City January 12-14, 2025.

The Opening Party at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square is on January 11, while the Expo and Conference begin on January 12.

You can start planning your interview as soon as possible depending on the information provided by the United States of America's Consulate in your country.

Request your letter of invitation and make your appointment for a visa interview early. Wait times for a visa interview can be several weeks or more in many countries, especially during peak travel periods. With this in mind, you are strongly urged to place your request for a letter of invitation to attend NRF 2025: Retail’s Big Show as soon as possible.

You will be able to register for NRF 2025: Retail’s Big Show through the online registration system when registration opens at the end of July. For questions, please contact us.

For international retailers that are not part of a team:

• Retail All-Access Pass
  • Registration fees range from $1,000 - $1,400 for members (depending on registration date).
  • Registration fees range from $2,000 – $2,400 for non-members (depending on registration date).
  • If you are interested in becoming an NRF member please contact our membership team.
• Retail Expo Pass
  • FREE until January 6, 2025.
  • Starting January 7, 2025, the cost will be $100.

For International Industry Partners (non-retail companies) that are not exhibiting:

• Industry Partners All-Access Pass (non-retail)
  • Fees start at $2,500 for members (depending on registration date).
  • Fees start at $3,700 for non-members (depending on registration date).
• Industry Partners Expo Pass (non-retail)
  • Fees range from $2,000 - $2,100 for members (depending on registration date).
  • Fees range from $3,200 - $3,500 for non-members (depending on registration date).

• Please note:
  • For Industry Partners (non-retail) NRF members, the global attendance limit is 5 people total from the entire company (not 5 per country).
  • For Industry Partners (non-retail) non-members, the global attendance limit is 2 people total from the entire company (not 2 per country).

It is hard to say exactly, but at this point we anticipate nearly 40,000 attendees.

We expect 1,000 domestic and international exhibitors to attend.

Video and audio recording during the Big Show is strictly prohibited. Any person violating this rule may be removed from the event and their badge may be confiscated without refund.

The Javits Center maintains a smoke-free campus. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on Javits Center property, including the inner roadway and Javits-owned sidewalks.

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to attend.
