Richard Plunkett

Richard Plunkett is now a Retail Consultant who recently retired (12/5/24) from his role as Director of Business Enablement at Woolworths Group Australia. In this role, Mr. Plunkett was responsible for driving innovation, initiating and delivering transformational solutions, improving processes, traceability and managing product and supplier master data for the Group. His approach centered on end-to-end process optimization through the use of technology. Mr. Plunkett's main areas of focus included retail operations, front-of-store processes, loss prevention, and ensuring product data accuracy.
