Rachel Lawson has held various roles in the CPG industry including brand management, eCommerce Marketing & Strategy, Consumer Engagement & Partnerships and Shopper Marketing. After successfully helping build Mondelēz ’s first ever US eCommerce team, Rachel led marketing partnerships and campaigns with Team USA, Netflix and the NBA before most recently entering the retail media space. She enjoys navigating the unknown and strives to always put the consumer first.

Rachel is the “queen of hobbies” having recently taken up ice skating (after a 25+ year absence), tap dances, loves to bake and has a slightly unhealthy obsession with the theater.
