Paulo Correa

Paulo Correa Jr. has been the CEO of C&A Brazil, a fashion retailer market leader in the country, since 2015. Member of the Board of C&A S.A., and member of the company's Global Sustainability Board. At C&A since 2004, he started as Strategic Projects Director, Purchasing Director, Commercial Vice President and was responsible for the launch of C&A e-commerce operations. He led the company in 2019 for its IPO. Graduated in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business, from Duke University. Previously, he worked at McKinsey&Company, Capital One Financial Services and Company Rio, a fashion retailer.
