Nitin Mangtani is the SVP & GM of Retail at Salesforce. At Salesforce, Nitin’s focus is building Agent-first commerce solutions. Previously, Nitin was the Founder & CEO of PredictSpring, a leader in Modern POS. Salesforce acquired PredictSpring in September 2024. His vision for PredictSpring was to bridge the gap between in-store and digital commerce by providing businesses with unified commerce experiences. Nitin's entrepreneurial journey with PredictSpring has been recognized in the tech and retail industries for its impact on how consumers shop and interact with brands.

Prior to founding PredictSpring, Nitin led the Google Shopping team from the early days and scaled the product to hundreds of thousands of retailers in 25 countries globally.
