She has successfully implemented Workday in Patagonia Japan and EMEA, and has extensive experience in HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits Administration, and Payroll. A highlight of her career is developing a lactation room initiative, awarded the 2010 Silver Harris Award for Sustainable Innovation, now a standard in building design.
