Jennifer Hyman

Jennifer Y. Hyman has served as our Co-Founder since November 2008 and our Chief Executive Officer and the Chair of our Board of Directors since March 2009. Prior to co-founding Rent the Runway, she served as Director of Business at IMG, a global talent management company, from 2006 to 2007. Ms. Hyman also serves on the board of directors of The Estee Lauder Companies Inc., a global manufacturer and marketer of luxury beauty products, and on the supervisory board of Zalando SE, a European online fashion platform. Ms. Hyman holds a B.A. in Social Studies from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
