Her robust team works together to share the objective customer voice and drive business results for the organization. She previously served as the Vice President of Global Consumer Insights, Strategy, and Guest Experience Innovation at Hyatt Hotels Corporation where she evolved the company’s guest feedback channels, guided insights for the World of Hyatt loyalty program, and steered the brand as well as consumer vision for multiple M&A opportunities. Earlier in her career, Jen held various insights roles of increasing responsibility at Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods Global, and The Kraft Heinz Company.
