Howard is a Board Director and Chief Information Officer who serves as a corporate officer at Signet Jewelers (NYSE: SIG). He drives revenue growth and delivers large scale innovation for retail, consumer products and hospitality companies. As a CIO, he has successfully developed strategies and implementations for digital transformations, Artificial Intelligence programs, Cyber risk and ESG. He is currently on the Board of the United Way of Summit and Medina. He is qualified to sit on Technology, Finance, Audit, Human Capital and ESG committees.
He has been on the Blumberg Capital CIO Advisory Council since 2017, which is an early stage venture capital firm. He has also been on the National Retail Federation CIO Council since 2018.
In 2023, Howard was recognized as a Large Enterprise CIO of the year and received the ORBIE Award for his outstanding leadership, management effectiveness and business value created through technology innovation.
