Gina Cox is a member of the Strategic Industries Team at CDW. Her focus is on helping retailers to Make Amazing Happen by implementing innovative solutions. She brings over 25 years of retail industry experience with visible IT leadership positions at national and global brands. She has worked for some of the most legendary customer centric retailers – Nordstrom, REI, and Blue Nile. Gina is passionate about using technology and lean practices to explore the art of the possible, always working towards delighting the end customer.
Over her career, Gina has developed strategic roadmaps and solved complex business issues across several retail areas - including e-commerce, physical stores, mobile, enterprise payments, security/privacy, infrastructure, supply chain, marketing and merchandising. She attributes much of her success to her natural curiosity, collaboration skills, ability to build high performing teams and her execution of lean practices focused on achieving short term wins while driving towards long term success.
