Diane Brown

Diane Brown is the VP of IT Risk Management at Ulta Beauty. She's been in Ulta's IT Risk Management segment since 2008 and took the VP position in January 2022. In this role, Brown is accountable for the security of the retail stores, cyber-security, infrastructure, security/network engineering, data protection, third-party risk assessments, Directory Services, SOX & PCI compliance, application security, security awareness and Identity Management. Brown has more than three decades of IT experience in the retail environment and has honed her expertise in information technology leadership with a focus on risk management for the past 15 years. Brown holds a Bachelorʼs degree in Information Security.
