Chelsey is the Vice President and General Manager of New & Emerging Digital Platforms responsible for making sure Bayer brands are the brands of choice within New & Emerging digital platforms and new channels of commerce (i.e. 3P marketplaces, Instacart, Tik Tok Shops, Uber/DoorDash).

Chelsey has over 15 years of experience leading product development and building go to market strategies within multiple categories, brands, and retailers. Chelsey’s career is a “tale of two cities” where she spent the first 12 years establishing solid sales and marketing foundations through leadership positions within a Fortune 50 CPG. Then pivoting her career to gain exposure and understanding of VC / PE, M&A, and eCommerce within a founder led startup before joining Bayer in 2022 where she is responsible for preparing all Bayer brands for the future of commerce.
