She also serves as CEO of STEL. Previously, Barbara led sales operations, planning and insights for Stripe’s go-to-market strategy. Before Stripe, she was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, helping global consumer-focused companies transform their commercial strategies and achieve growth, especially in Digital and Analytics. Barbara is a chartered engineer and holds an MBA.
