AJ has been with Sodexo since 2008. In his current role as the Vice President of Digital & Innovation for North America, AJ leads a dynamic team that drives several strategic initiatives aimed at delivering exceptional digital customer experiences.
His team leads the development of Digital Connections, a comprehensive portfolio of digital solutions that includes Sodexo’s flagship mobile ordering and commerce platform, Everyday, along with Automated Retail & Robotics, Frictionless Stores, and more, across Sodexo’s thousands of locations in the US & Canada. With consumer facing brands like eat>NOW powered by frictionless shopping tech; and Modern Recipe & Kitchen Works with digitally embedded consumer journeys, these initiatives leverage cutting-edge industry trends and consumer insights to design forward-thinking roadmaps and solutions.
AJ also plays a key role in delivering global roadmaps for B2C digital experiences, ensuring that Sodexo remains at the forefront of digital and innovation.
Outside of digital, AJ is passionate about advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. He co-leads Sodexo’s Global Pride Network, a global initiative spanning 18 chapters, whose mission is to help foster an inclusive workplace culture for LGBTQ+ & Ally colleagues.
