Paris-based AI startup Omi has raised €13M to enhance its 3D image generation technology and expand into key markets, including the US. Founded in 2020 by Hugo and Paul Borensztein, Omi uses a blend of third-party generative AI models and proprietary tech to help brands create realistic 3D visual assets.
The funding round was led by Dawn Capital, with support from Founders Future and angel investors like Paul Robson, former international president of Adobe. Omi currently serves 600 clients, including Meta, Clarins, and Nestlé, boasting 4x year-on-year customer growth. Its proprietary rendering engine ensures high-quality reflections and shadows for accurate 3D visuals.
With the funds, Omi plans to invest in machine learning, product development, and scaling its go-to-market strategies in the US and UK. The company aims to grow its team by 50% this year, positioning itself as a leader in AI-driven 3D innovation.
